Here are our two wonderful mares for breeding Drum Horses, Shire mare May and Drum Horse filly Zara.
Both are in foal to
Lord Taggart for summer 2008 babies. One or both will be offered for sale.

Drum Horse-Zara, Shire-May & Thoroshire-Epona
Tri-colored Zara, our first Drum Horse is growing into a fine example of a her breed. Zara has shown a wonderfully trainable temperament, the photo below was taken when she was thirteen months old. Madeliene had put the bit in her mouth for the first time that day, then came and told me about it after the fact. So I asked the girls to go back to the barn and put the bit in her mouth again so I could get a picture. She was so good about taking the bit and stood there as calm as can be so we set Stephanie on her back. She didn't move a muscle, the girls are getting very eager for the day when they can finally ride Zara, but due to slow maturation of these big horses that is best left until they are well over two years of age, by then having people on her back will be nothing to her.
May is hopefully bred to Tag for a 2007 foal
These horses love people, you never need to "catch" them.
I know, Rhianon should have been wearing a helmet, but she has great balance and posture and balance for bareback.
I entered this photo of Stephanie and May into a contest, and won first prize.
My prize was this plate with a painting of May and Stephanie on it.
